Frequently Asked Questions
Answers are drawn from our Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and live site behavior.
Do I need separate accounts for job seeking and hiring?
No. One account works for both — use the Job Seeker / Employer switch to change modes anytime. (Source: Terms of Service §2)
How much does Premium cost?
Job seeker Premium is $19/month, $99/year, or $199 lifetime. Employer plans and one-time posts are listed on the pricing page. (Source: Pricing page)
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → cancel. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then ends automatically. (Source: Terms of Service §5)
Are all job listings verified?
Direct employer posts come from registered employers (who can earn a verified badge). Aggregated listings are collected automatically from public web postings and may be outdated — always verify on the employer's site. (Source: Disclaimers)
How does employer verification work?
Submit your company website and a work email on your domain (plus optional phone/EIN/document). Our team reviews it and, if approved, your profile gets a verified badge.
How do job alerts work?
Premium members save a search from Find Jobs; new matching jobs are emailed once daily.
Can employers see my resume and profile?
Job seeker profiles are private. Employers can only see candidate details through the gated candidate-search feature included with employer plans — and your address is never shown. (Source: Terms of Service §6)
How do I delete my account and data?
Settings → Delete account. This cancels subscriptions and removes your messages, applications, saved searches, and usage history. (Source: Privacy Policy)
Who processes payments?
Stripe. We never see or store your card details. (Source: Terms of Service §5)
Should I trust AI suggestions?
Treat match scores, resume polish/tailoring, and skill suggestions as helpful drafts, not professional advice — always review before using them. (Source: Disclaimers)
