Information we collect
Account information (name, email), the profile details and resume content you enter or upload, saved searches, messages you send through the Service, and basic usage data such as search counts and feature usage. Payment information is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
How we use it
To operate the Service: showing your profile where you've opted in to employer search, matching you to jobs, powering the AI features (resume polishing, tailoring, match analysis, skill suggestions), and communicating with you about your account. We do not sell your personal data.
What others can see
Your job seeker profile is private by default. It is only shown in the employer candidate search when you set your profile to visible, and even then only a limited view (headline, general location, skills, and target roles) is shared — never your full address or contact details. Job listings you post as an employer are public. Your address and contact details are only used for account management and are never shown publicly.
AI processing
AI features process the content you provide (resume text, profile entries, job descriptions) to generate suggestions and match scores. Treat AI output as a draft — always review it before sending it to an employer.
Sharing
We share data only as needed to run the Service: with Stripe for payments, with our email provider for account and job-alert emails, and with service infrastructure providers. We may disclose information when required by law.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from account settings — this cancels active subscriptions, removes your posted job listings, and erases your profile data, saved searches, applications, messages, and usage history.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time through the Service, or by contacting us. If you are in a jurisdiction with additional privacy rights (such as GDPR or CCPA), you may exercise them through the same channels.
Security and cookies
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data and use cookies only to keep you signed in and understand basic usage. This summary is not exhaustive; we review and update our practices as the Service evolves.
