Who we are, how we make money, and where our content comes from.

What this site is
FindMyJob is an independent U.S. job board with AI-assisted matching. One account works for both sides of the market: job seekers build profiles and search listings; employers post jobs and find candidates. We are not affiliated with any employer or recruiter shown on the site.
How we make money
- Employers pay a flat fee per job post, a monthly subscription, or a one-time Feature Upgrade that promotes their listings (always labeled "Featured" or "Sponsored").
- Employers can subscribe to resume-database search access.
- Job seekers can optionally upgrade to Premium (AI resume tools, job alerts, unlimited polish); the free tier is fully usable and applying to jobs is always free.
All prices are published on the pricing page. We have no hidden fees and no paid ranking outside the labeled Featured/Sponsored placements.
Where listings come from
- Direct posts: published by verified employer accounts through this site, and apply links go to the employer's own application page.
- Aggregated listings: collected from public web sources to broaden coverage. Each one links back to the original source, which is shown on the listing.
Aggregated listings can be out of date or removed at their source — see our Disclaimers. Listings automatically expire after their posting window.
How we use AI
We use language-model AI for job-to-profile match scoring, resume polishing/tailoring, skill extraction, and collecting aggregated listings. AI output is a recommendation, not a guarantee — hiring decisions are always made by humans. We don't use your resume or profile to train public models or share it with other users.
Limitations we want you to know
- We verify employer accounts but can't personally vouch for every employer or listing.
- Match scores and AI suggestions are estimates — they can be wrong.
- We don't act as an employment agency, negotiator, or party to any hiring decision.
