Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using FindMyJob (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. One account may use both the job seeker and employer modes; you may not share an account between multiple people.
3. Job seeker terms
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, resumes, and profile content you provide. Job listings are provided by third parties, and applying to a job takes you to the employer's or a third party's website — we do not control those sites and are not a party to any hiring decision. AI-powered features (match scores, resume polishing and tailoring, skill suggestions) are automated tools; their output may contain inaccuracies and should always be reviewed by you before use.
4. Employer terms
You represent that you have the right to post the positions you list and that the information in your listings is accurate. Job postings may not be fraudulent, discriminatory, or in violation of applicable law. We may remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law. Purchased posting credits and plan limits apply as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
5. Payments, subscriptions, and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — you retain access until the end of the current billing period. One-time purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, resell, or republish Service data; interfere with the Service's operation; impersonate others; send unsolicited messages; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Job seeker profiles are private and may only be accessed through the gated candidate-search features as permitted by the applicable plan.
7. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, listings, messages). By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service. All other Service content and branding belongs to us.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a job, hire a candidate, or that listings, matches, or AI outputs will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
